Refunds/Exchanges

Do you offer refunds/exchanges?

We are unable to offer refunds/exchanges at this time.

Once your purchase leaves Pop Yarn, we are unable to track where the item goes. We don’t know if the yarn is left in a hot car, has come in contact with pets/children, etc. As we only sell brand new yarn at Pop Yarn, we are unable to resell yarn that has been returned to us. Sorry about that!
